• Health history, current medications, allergies, and health goals provided in your intake form
• Consultation notes and communications with affiliated Providers
• Payment information (processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store raw card data)

• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Referring URLs

Because Beyond Esthetics facilitates telehealth services involving Protected Health Information (PHI), we operate in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your health information is:

• Shared with licensed Providers affiliated with Elite Care Health only as necessary to deliver your care
• Stored on HIPAA-compliant platforms with encryption at rest and in transit
• Accessible to third-party service providers only under written Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)

We share your information with the following third parties who assist in operating our Services:

• Elite Care Health, an independent physician group: clinical review and care. Data shared: intake, health history, and contact details.
• Rx Ave Health, a licensed U.S. pharmacy: prescription fulfillment. Data shared: name, address, and prescription details.
• Payment processor: payment processing. Data shared: name, email, billing address, and payment method.
• Communications platform: SMS and email (contact information only, no PHI). Data shared: name, email, and phone.

All third parties with access to PHI are bound by BAAs or equivalent data protection agreements. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during intake, you consent to receive text messages from Beyond Esthetics related to your orders, appointments, and health updates.

To opt out of SMS, reply STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of marketing emails, click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email. Transactional messages (billing, appointment confirmations) may still be sent as needed.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Understand how visitors use our site (for example, through analytics tools such as Google Analytics)

We retain personal information for a minimum of seven (7) years after your last interaction with our Services, as required by applicable healthcare recordkeeping laws. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

Our Services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has submitted information, we will delete it promptly.

In the event of a security breach involving your personal information or PHI, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and in accordance with applicable federal and state breach notification laws, including HIPAA's Breach Notification Rule.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ohio under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to participate in class action litigation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
